CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

For determining the qualification as shareholders to attend and vote at the annual general meeting of Solartech International Holdings Limited 星凱控股有限公司* (the "Company")

which will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, 6 December 2019 at Unit 15, 18/F, Concordia Plaza, 1 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong (the "AGM"), the register of members of the Company will be closed from Tuesday, 3 December 2019 to Friday, 6 December 2019, both days inclusive, during which period no transfer of shares of the Company will be registered. In order to qualify as shareholders to attend and vote at the AGM, investors are required to lodge all properly completed share transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificates with the Company's Hong Kong branch share registrar and transfer office, Tricor Secretaries Limited, at Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong, for registration not later than 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 2 December 2019.
