New CFO of Solon Eiendom

Oslo, 8 February 2022 - Solon Eiendom ASA (the "Company") announces that Finn
Øistein Nordam leaves his position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) by the end
of February 2022, a position he has held since August 2021.

Erik Forseth Helgesen will take up the position as CFO of the Company from 1
March 2022. Helgesen comes from the position as Financial Controller for Solon
Eiendom ASA.
