Oslo, Norway - 21 January 2022

Reference is made to the offer document dated 22 December 2021 for the mandatory
offer by Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) ("SBB") to acquire all the
shares in Solon Eiendom ASA ("Solon Eiendom" or the "Company") that are not
already owned by SBB at an offer price of NOK 44 per share (the "Mandatory
Offer"). The acceptance period for the Mandatory Offer expired yesterday, 20
January 2022 at 16:30 CET.

Upon expiry of the acceptance period for the Mandatory Offer, SBB had received
valid acceptances for in total 4,278,217 shares, corresponding to approximately
5.24% of the shares in the Company. In addition, SBB has acquired 1,000,000
shares outside the Mandatory Offer at the offer price. 

Following completion of the Mandatory Offer and subject to due settlement of the
shares for which acceptances are received, SBB will own 5,278,217 shares
representing 6.47% of the total registered share capital and voting rights in
the Company. In accordance with the terms of the Mandatory Offer, settlement of
the Mandatory Offer will be made in NOK as soon as reasonably possible and no
later than two weeks after the expiry of the acceptance period. The latest date
on which settlement of the Mandatory Offer will be made is accordingly 3
February 2022.
  
With reference to the stock exchange announcement made on 20 December 2021 by
SBB and Solon Eiendom Holding AS ("Solon Holding"), SBB will transfer all shares
acquired under the Mandatory Offer to Solon Holding . Following the transfer of
such shares from SBB, Solon Holding will own 78,817,686 shares in Solon Eiendom
representing 96.6% of the total registered share capital and voting rights in
the Company. As announced by Solon Holding on 13 January 2022, Solon Holding
will carry out a compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares in the Company
as soon as possible.
