Padel is one of the world's fastest growing sports and Sotogrande is proud to be developing the next generation of champions with the opening of the brand new padel courts at La Reserva Club. Last week saw The Great Britain Junior Padel Team take their all-important training sessions at the new club, part of the impressive state of the art sports, health and wellbeing facilities being developed at La Reserva Club.
This year four students (Frankie Batt, Ben Burgess, Charlotte Brien and Tilly Payne) from Sotogrande's very own SIS International team have been selected for the team. With the courts now officially open, over the summer months, Sotogrande will be the centre for their training with Argentinian coach Mauri Andrini, ahead of the world championships in October in Malaga.
¡Suerte a todos!
