SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

IN RELATION TO 2022 ANNUAL REPORT

Reference is made to the annual report of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2022

published on April 27, 2023 (the "2022 Annual Report"). Unless otherwise specified, terms used in

this announcement shall have the meaning as defined in the 2022 Annual Report.

In addition to the information disclosed in the section headed "Directors' Report" in the 2022 Annual

Report, the Company would like to add the following information pursuant to Rule 17.09(3) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules in relation to the Equity Incentive Plan ("EIP"):

Share Purchase Plan

As at the date of the 2022 Annual Report, the total number of shares available for issue under the Share Purchase Plan remained the same as that at December 31, 2022 (which was 2,297), representing approximately 0.00078% of the issued shares of the Company as at such date.

Share Bonus Plan

As at the date of the 2022 Annual Report, the total number of shares available for issue under the Share Bonus Plan remained the same as that at December 31, 2022 (which was 1,800,000), representing approximately 0.61% of the issued shares of the Company as at such date.
