On April 28, 2023, Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy, LLC (the "Company") distributed and posted to its website (www.sireethanol.com) a letter to its members notifying the members of the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company to pursue a proposal to reclassify the Company's membership units to terminate registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A copy of the newsletter is attached hereto at Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference into this Item 7.01.
