SPYR, Inc. announced on October 31, 2020, director James Mylock, Jr. resigned as a director. Mr. Mylock did not hold any position on any board committee at the time of his resignation. Mr. Mylock’s resignation was not because of a disagreement with the company, known to an executive officer of the company on any matter relating to the registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
