SPYR, Inc. announced on October 31, 2020, director James Mylock, Jr. resigned as a director. Mr. Mylock did not hold any position on any board committee at the time of his resignation. Mr. Mylock’s resignation was not because of a disagreement with the company, known to an executive officer of the company on any matter relating to the registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
SPYR, Inc. (SPYR) is a diversified technology company focused on the Internet of Things (IoT). The Company, through its subsidiary, GeoTraq Inc., develops and manufactures fully self-contained, ultra-small Mobile mobile IoT modules, namely Tracker-M modules for asset tracking and location-based services, and Sensor-M modules used for remote monitoring.
