The principal business of the Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in financial services, specifically hire-purchase and loan. It provides a range of commercial loan facilities to its clients, such as loans for working capital with various short-term maturities and/or loans to finance inventory or receivables. It also offers medium-and long-term loan facilities to finance expansion or capital expenditures, both through direct lending and loan syndication. Interest rates on all facilities are established at a fixed rate or floating rate throughout the life of the facilities. It assists in a number of project studies, including planning and evaluation, financial structuring for newly established entities, as well as expansion projects of existing establishments.
