St. Modwen Properties PLC provided net rental income guidance for the full year of fiscal 2021. For 2021, the company expects net rental income to be broadly in line with the 2019 level, driven by that growth in logistics lettings. Importantly, rental income set for material growth post-2021, that's due to the GBP 50 million ERB potential from the company's consented logistics pipeline more than offsetting the relatively small amount, only GBP 10 million of rent, that the company has got left on its noncore assets.
