Standard Insurance Company (“The Standard”) announced today that Jessica Carbullido has been named second vice president of Total Rewards.

Carbullido’s responsibilities include management of the company’s pay and benefits strategies and other initiatives that attract, retain and motivate employees.

Carbullido brings more than 20 years of experience in various aspects of total rewards. Most recently, she served as senior director of global compensation at Con-way, Inc. She holds certifications in executive compensation, equity and incentive program design, and global remuneration. She also brings leadership expertise in market-based employee compensation programs, executive compensation, and total rewards plan design and implementation.

Carbullido earned a Bachelor of Arts in finance and marketing from the University of Oregon. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
