The Stanley Gibbons Group plc announced that Mr. Graham Elliott Shircore, formerly a Non-Executive Director of the company has been appointed as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Elliott Shircore joined the board in March at the time of the financial restructuring. In his new role Mr. Elliott Shircore will be responsible for delivering the company's overall strategy and direction.
