(the "Corporation") (TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV"): SLV) announces that it has received a conditional approval from the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) for the Licensee Liability Rating (LLR) Management Plan (the "Plan"). The conditions listed by the AER are to be fulfilled by the Corporation before June 15, 2014. The Corporation is confident of meeting the conditions before the set date and commence implementation of the Plan.
The AER will be rescinding the Closure & Abandonment Orders issued against the Corporation and replacing it with an Amended Miscellaneous Order which will facilitate the Corporation to re- open its shut in wells and re-commence operations; which in turn will generate the required cash flow and help in progressing the Corporation's business plans.
