By CALGARY, ALBERTA - June 02, 2014 - Further to its announcement on May 26, 2014, STEALTH VENTURES INC. (the "Corporation") (TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV"): SLV), has received the communication rescinding the Closure & Abandonment Orders issued to it in January 2013 and August 2013, respectively, by the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER). The Corporation has now been issued an Amended Miscellaneous Order.
The Amended Miscellaneous Order allows the Corporation to re-open its shut in wells and re- commence its production operations. The Corporation is now having discussions with the service providers for scheduling the commencement of production from the wells operated by it.
