STELIOS KANAKIS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') with the purpose of providing proper, valid and timely information to investors, and in accordance with articles 4.1.2 (par. 1, verse b) and 4.1.4.3.1 of Athens Exchange Rulebook (hereinafter referred to as the 'Rules'), as currently in effect, announces the Financial Calendar for 2019:
Date for announcing and publishing the Annual Financial Statements for 2018 (01/01/2018-31.12.2018) prepared in accordance with the IAS/IFRS: Friday, March 22, 2019 (after the closing of the trading session of Athens Stock Exchange)
Date for the Annual Shareholder Ordinary General Meeting: Monday, September 9, 2019.
It is noted that the Company is going to propose to the Annual Shareholder Ordinary General Meeting against distributing any dividend for 2018.
The Company reserves the right to alter the above dates, after promptly informing investors by amending the present, in accordance with the provisions of Athens Exchange Rulebook.

The Companyâs product range includes margarine; butter; vegetable fat and creams; fresh cooking creams; fruit purees, fillings and glazes; jellies; confectionery and bakery improvers; mousses; dark chocolate; chocolate imitations, sticks and drops; pralines; truffles; almond and coconut pastes; Confectionery fondant and jams; sugar products; Pasteurized egg yolk; concentrated liqueurs; decoration products, such as cups and plates; bakery mixes, flavors and sweet fillings; ice cream pastes, toppings, bases, emulsifiers, stabilizers and ready-to-use powders; fruits in syrup; bread toppings; moulds for baking and mixes for salty preparations. It distributes its products through its own distribution network and via 99 representatives, 52 of which are in Attiki, 21 in Macedonia and 26 in the islands and the rest of Greece.
