SThree : named Top Employer in Germany for the 8th year running

For the eighth year in a row, SThree, the world's only pure-play STEM staffing specialist, has been named as one of the top employers in Germany.

Our team also came out on top in the small and mid-sized employers' category - being awarded first place for the fourth year running.

SThree was again awarded top marks and achieved 90% of the criteria the judging panel were looking for when it came to worker conditions. This covers areas such as corporate culture, compensation and benefits as well as talent acquisition.

And the Top Employers Institute also noted that SThree continued to improve our processes compared to last year. This includes our talent strategy, onboarding, personnel planning, and performance management.

It also takes into account the complete digitisation of our training and onboarding. Timo Lehne, Managing Director for SThree's DACH region, said: 'We have also used the current situation as an opportunity to create a sustainable, crisis-resistant working environment and will continue to pursue this path in the future.'

The pandemic has been a difficult time for everyone, and we've focused on making sure our staff are in a good place mentally and physically.

Timo added: 'For SThree, the health and protection of our colleagues is our top priority. That is why we responded directly to the Coronavirus pandemic in March 2020. Practically from one day to the next, around 3,000 employees worldwide have moved from the office to the home office.'
