DIRECTIONS

*SMM was issued 21,032,819 ordinary shares in Magontec Limited (Magontec) on 9 January 2014 as a result of the Conversion of Convertible Loan Note No.2. This change
in SMM's interest in Magontec was notified to the ASX on 14 January 2014 and the consideration given in relation to the change was noted as being $1,004,085. SMM was issued a further 218,444 ordinary shares on 30 January 2014, which SMM understands also relates to the Conversion of Convertible Loan Note No.2. Accordingly the consideration of $1,004,085 represents both the shares issued on 9 January 2014 (21,032,819 ordinary shares) and the ordinary shares issued on 30 January 2014 (218,444 ordinary shares).
