Styles&Wood win £2.8 fit-out of Warrington Market

Styles&Wood has been appointed to deliver a retail fit-out project by Warrington Borough Council as part of its three-year £107 million Bridge Street Regeneration initiative, in partnership with Muse Developments.

The £2.8m contract will see the group complete the fit-out of a 25,500 sq ft market in Warrington's Time Square, creating space for around 55 retail units for the town's local businesses.

The space will be used as temporary retail accommodation while the town's market hall is redeveloped as part of the wider regeneration. In addition to creating the internal layout, Styles&Wood will also deliver mechanical and electrical works, provide furnishings, fittings and equipment, and complete final finishes. The six-month long project is set to be completed in Summer 2017 with the market opening on 29th August.

Once the regeneration of the hall on Bridge Street is finished in 2019, the temporary market will then be converted into a permanent retail space for the town.
