(OTCQB: SHGT) announced that the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) approved the share prospectus of the Company on August 28, 2015. The Company anticipates the filing of an application in September 2015 to trade on the Quotation Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The share prospectus was a condition precedent to the application.
