Regardless of the field of study in which you majored as a student, you can enter if you have a 'WILL' to work at the place to which you are assigned.

When applying, please check the application guidelines and PR videos of all 28 organizations that will conduct the WILL selection. After that, submit an entry sheet stating your desired initial assignment and the reason, and your application will be completed. After that, we will try to match you through multiple interviews.

Even if you get an unofficial offer through the WILL selection, there is no difference in terms of treatment from the conventional OPEN selection.
