Starting with new graduates joining the company in 2025, Sumitomo Corporation will implement a new WILL selection process, in which employees are guaranteed an initial assignment at a scheduled time, in addition to the OPEN selection that they have been conducting previously.

Regardless of your field of study during your student days, you can apply for the WILL selection process if you have the 'WILL' to work at the company you are assigned to.

When applying, please check the recruitment guidelines and PR videos of all 28 organizations that will conduct the WILL selection. Then, submit an entry sheet stating your desired initial placement and reason to complete your application. After that, we will match you through multiple interviews.

Even if an informal offer is made through the WILL selection, there is no difference in terms of treatment compared to the conventional OPEN selection.
