NOTICE OF RECORD DATE AND PAYMENT DATE OF DIVIDEND IN RESPECT OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Transfer Book and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 17 June 2021 for the purpose of determining entitlements of ordinary shareholders to the final dividend of S$0.003 per share (tax not applicable) for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 which was declared on 28 April 2021.
Duly completed registrable transfers received by the following Registrars of the Company up to 5.00 p.m., on 16 June 2021 will be registered before entitlements are determined:

Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 p.m., on 16 June 2021 will be entitled to the proposed final dividend.
Payment of the final dividend will be made on 24 June 2021.
