The Company announces that John Colley, Chairman, has today given notice of his intention to resign from the Board with effect from 19th June 2015.
The Board would like to thank John for his significant contribution and wise counsel during his more than 3 years' involvement with the Company and wishes him well for the future.
In addition the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Cubitt as senior independent non-executive director. Mark, aged 52, has extensive multinational experience gained from previous roles including 21 years in the PLC environment and eight years as Chief Financial Officer at Wolfson Microelectronics plc until its sale to Cirrus Logic in August 2014. Mark does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company. No further information in connection with Mark's appointment is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 and Rule 17 of the AIM Rules.
The process of recruiting a new Chairman will be conducted in consultation with major shareholders. Mark's appointment is timely in that he will provide an external perspective to discussions around determining the future composition of the Board.
