Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 15th April, 2022 has approved for sale of its equity stake of 5% held in Surana Infotech Private Limited to Mis. Tapaz Info Parks holdings Pte. Ltd., Singapore.
