In accordance with above referred provisions of the Listing regulations, this is to inform that Mr. Krishan Kumar Narula [DIN-00098124] and Mr. Sudhanshu Kumar Awasthi [DIN- 2162923], Independent Directors of the Company have completed the second term of their office on 4th September, 2022.
Consequently, both of them ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from 5th September, 2022.
