SVAS BIOSANA: GREENSHOE OPTION FULLY EXERCISED
Somma Vesuviana (NA) 7 January 2021 - Svas Biosana S.p.A., ("the Company" or "SVAS) a leading operator in the healthcare industry, engaging in the production and distribution of medical devices for public and private healthcare facilities, listed on Euronext Growth Milan - a multilateral trading facility organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. dedicated to small and medium enterprises with high growth potential
- announced today that Banca Profilo S.p.A. and illimity Bank S.p.A., in the capacity of Joint Global Coordinators, fully exercised the Greenshoe option, granted by Agrinvest S.r.l. for the purchase of 240,000 Shares equal to 15% of the Shares comprising the Private Placement.
After exercise of the Greenshoe option, Svas Biosana's stock float is equal to approximately 32.9%. Furthermore, based on the information provided by Banca Profilo S.p.A. and illimity Bank S.p.A., Svas Biosana announced that during the stabilisation period - from the date the Company's shares commenced trading on Euronext Growth Milan on 9 December 2021 to 7 January 2022 - no stabilisation transactions were carried out.
