PRELIMINARY CONSOLIDATED TURNOVER
UP BY 6.6% TO €81.1 MILLION IN 2021
Somma Vesuviana (Naples) 14 January 2022 - Svas Biosana S.p.A., (the "Company" or "SVAS") , a leading player in the production and distribution of medical devices for public and private healthcare facilities, and listed on Euronext Growth Milan, a multilateral trading system organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. which focuses on small and medium-sized companies with high growth potential, unveils that, on today's date, the Board of Directors met and examined the preliminary consolidated turnover for 2021 (unaudited), which amounts to € 81.1 million, up by 6.6% on 2020 (€ 76,0 million).
According to Umberto Perillo, CEO of Svas Biosana: "2021 was particularly important for SVAS as it was characterised by several strategic decisions, including listing on the EGM market and the significant strengthening of the competitive position. 2022 also began with significant orders - already disclosed to the market - and an extensive order backlog. In 2022, we will face major challenges. Many projects are in the pipeline, which will further strengthen our entire structure and make SVAS more dynamic and ready to size any new opportunities on the domestic and international markets, generating further value for all stakeholders".
The Board of Directors will examine the final results in its meeting scheduled for 14 April.
