In the beginning of 2023, the tenant Hårds Transport signed a five-year lease with SLP for an area of approximately 5,600 square meters and a short-term contract for approximately 3,800 square meters in the property Lamellen 1 in Ljungby. Now a new lease agreement is signed for additional 2,200 sqm and the short-term contract is extended to a four-year lease.

The total area thus amounts to approximately 11,700 square meters, with a tenancy period until March 2028. The annual rental value amounts to SEK 5.9 m and is fully indexed.
