JUDICIAL MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

1. The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Swiber Holdings Limited (Judicial Managers Appointed) (the "Company") wishes to announce that, on 10 December 2021, the
   Judicial Managers of the Company and its subsidiary, Swiber Offshore Construction Pte
   Ltd (Judicial Managers Appointed) ("SOC") filed applications in HC / SUM 5719 / 2021 and HC / SUM 5720 / 2021 for Court approval of the Judicial Managers' interim remuneration for work done and expenses incurred in the judicial management of the
   Company and SOC from 6 October 2016 to 31 December 2021 (the "Remuneration Applications").
2. The Remuneration Applications have been fixed for hearing on 13 January 2022 at 2.30pm. Creditors who wish to receive copies of the Remuneration Applications may obtain copies (together with the 55th Affidavit of Bob Yap Cheng Ghee filed in HC / OS 767 / 2016 dated 9 December 2021 filed in support thereof) from the Judicial Managers' solicitors, Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP, by way of email addressed to yu.min.lye@rajahtann.comunder the subject heading: "Swiber - Remuneration Application Documents".
3. The Board and the Judicial Managers will provide further updates on the progress of the judicial management in due course.
