Sydney Airport Limited Announces Management Changes

The Board of Sydney Airport announced that Mr. Geoff Culbert has commenced as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 15, 2018. Mr. Culbert joins Sydney Airport after a long and successful career at GE. He brings extensive commercial, operational and regulatory experience, a deep understanding of Asia and a track record of working closely and collaboratively with customers, business partners and government.

Ms. Kerrie Mather is retiring as CEO and Managing Director of Sydney Airport, and the Board of Sydney Airport Limited, effective January 15, 2018. Ms. Mather will support Mr. Culbert's transition into the role until 31 January 2018.
