Art. 56 (1) item 2 of the Law on offering - current and periodical information
Management Board of Synthos S.A. (hereinafter: Issuer), acting pursuant to § 38 (1) item (8) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and conditions for the recognition as equivalent of the information required by the legal regulations of countries that are not Member States (hereinafter: Regulation), informs that the Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of Synthos S.A. held on 8 May 2017 withdrew of considering item 5 (g) of the planned agenda concerning rules of remuneration of the Members of the 9th term of the Supervisory Board of Synthos S.A. Consequently, the rules of remuneration of the Members of the Supervisory Board determined pursuant to Resolution No. 6 of the Issuer's Extraordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of 27 July 2006 are binding, referred to by the Issuer in its Current Report No. 28/2006 27 July 2006.
