VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

-BUSINESS UPDATE

This announcement is made by Ta Yang Group Holdings Company Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") to provide the shareholders ("Shareholders") and potential investors of the Company with the latest business developments regarding the Group's silicone business.

With the current outbreak of novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) (the "Outbreak"), the Group is actively exploring the market for personal protective equipment. On 13 February 2020, the Group has received order to manufacture KN95 silicone masks for State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of People's Government of Beijing Municipality ("Beijing SASAC") together with Shenzhen Lezheng Technology Company Limited ("Shenzhen Lezheng"). The first batch of the order is for 5 million units.

The Group is currently also seeking orders from other provinces and cities affected by the Outbreak together with Shenzhen Lezheng, and endeavoring to contribute to the fight against the Outbreak.

Investors and shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company.
