Taliesin advises that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 have today been uploaded to the Company's website atwww.taliesinberlin.comand will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism atwww.hemscott.com/nsm.do.

The annual report and accounts, together with a Notice of AGM, will be posted to shareholders in due course. The 2013 AGM is expected to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 26 June 2014.
