Transaction by a Director

The Company has been notified that Mark Smith (a director of the Company and of Taliesin Management Limited ("TML")), has today transferred 2,470 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") to his SIPP at a price of £16.20 per Ordinary Share.

Mark Smith's interest in the Company remains unchanged as a result of the transaction, being 124,720 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.98 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital(excluding treasury shares). In addition, Mark Smith and his wife hold the majority of the ordinary shares of TML which has a shareholding in the Company of 288,259 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.89 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital (excluding treasury shares).
