Transaction by a director of Taliesin Management Limited

The Company has been notified that Paul Luke, a director of the Company's investment adviser, Taliesin Management Limited ("TML"), has today transferred 5,000 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") to his SIPP at a price of £16.22 per Ordinary Share.  

Paul Luke's overall interest in the Company remains unchanged as a result of the transaction, being 97,980 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.34 per cent. of the Company's current issued Ordinary Share capital (excluding treasury shares). In addition, Paul Luke has an interest in the ordinary shares of TML which has a shareholding in the Company of 288,259 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.89 per cent. of the Company's current issued Ordinary Share capital (excluding treasury shares).
