Taliesin advises that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013, together with a Notice of AGM, have been posted to shareholders today. The 2013 AGM is to be held at 10.00 a.m. on 26 June 2014.

Additional copies of the annual report and accounts are available from the Company's registered office at PO Box 1075, Elizabeth House, 9 Castle Street, St Helier, Jersey JE4 2QP. A copy has also been uploaded to the Company's website atwww.taliesinberlin.comin accordance with AIM Rule 26.
