Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

Further to the announcement on 13 June 2014, the Company has today published a supplementary prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority which is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Prospectus published by the Company on 13 August 2013 in relation to the Placing Programme.

A copy of the supplementary prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available on the Company's website: www.taliesinberlin.com.
