The Board of Tamaska Oil and Gas (ASX:TMK) advises that shareholders have taken up rights totaling 596,927,840 shares ($1,193,856) 55.74%. The shortfall is 474,072,160 shares.
Holding statements in respect of the entitlements will be dispatched on 11 November 2015.
Shortfall applications have been received by the Company for approximately 400 million shares. The Company will now seek to place the remaining shortfall and allocate in due course.
