Tamaska Board Changes

Tamaska Oil and Gas Ltd (ASX: TMK) is pleased announce the appointment of Mr Logan Robertson as a Non-Executive Director of the Company effective 11 July 2016.

Non-Executive Board member Mr Justin Norris has resigned from the Board effective 11 July 2016. The Company thanks Mr Norris for his contributions to the Company.

Mr Brett Lawrence has moved from Executive to Non-Executive Director role effective 11 July 2016.

Following the changes the Board will be

• Alexander Parks - Managing Director

• Logan Robertson - Non-Executive Director

• Brett Lawrence - Non-Executive Director

Director Profile -Mr Robertson holds a Masters of Finance from the University of New South Wales and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and has over 5 years finance and investment experience gaining initially with Argonaut and more recently with Hoperidge Capital, the family investment office of Rod Jones. Hoperidge is one of Tamaska's largest shareholders. Mr Robertson joined Hoperidge in January 2014, and is an analyst focused on investments in the resources, technology & industrial sectors and has expertise investing in, financing and overseeing the management of growth businesses. Mr Robertson currently also holds board position as a non-executive Director of Acacia Coal Ltd (ASX: AJC).
