Teck Resources Limited provided sales guidance for the fourth quarter of 2022, revised production guidance for the year 2022 and provided production guidance for the year 2023. Sales Guidance – fourth quarter of 2022: Red Dog zinc in concentrate sales to be 130,000 tonnes - 150,000 tonnes and Steelmaking coal sales to be 5.0 million tonnes - 5.4 million tonnes.

For the year 2022, Copper production expected to be 273,000 tonnes - 290,000 tonnes against previous guidance of 273,000 tonnes - 290,000 tonnes. Zinc production expected to be 630,000 tonnes - 665,000 tonnes against previous guidance of 630,000 tonnes - 665,000 tonnes. Refined zinc production expected to be 257,000 tonnes - 267,000 tonnes against previous guidance of 270,000 tonnes - 285,000 tonnes. Steelmaking coal production expected to be 22.0 million tonnes - 22.5 million tonnes against previous guidance of 23.5 million tonnes - 24.0 million tonnes.

QB2 copper production is expected to ramp up during 2023 following commissioning of the QB2 project. The company now expect copper production to be in the range of 170,000 and 300,000 tonnes per year for 2023 to 2025, from the previously disclosed range of 245,000 to 300,000 tonnes per year, with 2023 at the lower end of the guidance range.
