TIM and the trade unions Slc Cgil, Fistel-Cisl, Uilcom-UIL, UGL Telecomunicazioni have signed an agreement for the application of the Defensive Solidarity contract until 30 June 2025.

The agreement reached between the Group and workers' representatives on 29 March was ratified today at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies and provides for a vertical reduction in working hours of 13.84% for approximately 23,000 Group employees and those of subsidiaries Noovle, Olivetti, Sparkle and Telecontact. For approximately 8,500 people, employed as field technicians and designers, the reduction in working hours will instead be 5%. The Company, in reaffirming the value of negotiations and trade union relations, and in line with consolidated company relations, confirms that all employment positions will be safeguarded for the duration of the solidarity contract. It has also committed not to take unilateral action on the entire employment scope, excluding the spin-off of the NetCo business unit and the determinations regarding Sparkle.
