Tencent Holdings Limited Proposes to Increase Dividend for the Year Ended 31 December 2023

Tencent Holdings Limited proposed to increase annual dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2023 by 42%, to HKD 3.40 per share (equivalent to approximately HKD 32 billion), and intend to at least double the size of share repurchases, from approximately HKD 49 billion in 2023 to over HKD 100 billion in 2024.
