Teradata Corporation announced that it has created a new Global Customer Services organization designed to drive optimal customer experiences, maximize customer value and achieve greater synergies to accelerate growth. The new organization will combine Teradata's current Customer Support and Services organization with its Customer Success function, integrating all activities across Customer Services and Support, Consulting and Managed Services, as well as Customer Education. The company has appointed Michael Hutchinson, currently Teradata's head of Customer Success, to the newly created role of Chief Customer Officer to lead this organization.

As part of this organizational realignment, Daniel Harrington, current Chief Services Officer, will be leaving the company. Effective as of January 11, 2022, Teradata Corporation consolidated a number of its customer-focused organizations by combining its customer success, customer services and support, and consulting and managed services organizations. In connection with this organizational realignment, the position of Chief Services Officer, held by Daniel Harrington, a Named Executive Officer of the Company, was eliminated effective as of January 10, 2022.

Mr. Harrington was notified of this change on January 5, 2022.
