At the end of June 2019, the Group's real estate assets, comprising 55 assets with a leasable area of 376,054 m2, amounted to ZAR 4,400 billion at market value, divided between offices (56.4%), stores (23.9%) and industrial premises (19.7%). Rental income is distributed geographically as follows: South Africa (79.5%) and the United Kingdom (20.5%).
