The upward trend could come to support Berkeley Group in the coming sessions.

According to Surperformance ratings, the group has strong fundamentals, both in terms of business predictability and valuation. In addition, analysts have all over the year revised upward their earnings estimates and now expect a profit of 175.61 GBp per share for the current year (145 GBp one year ago).

Berkeley Group is in an uptrend in the medium and long term, but the last bearish movement returns close to a major support level. This threshold, if preserved, will enable to enjoy the bullish movement thanks to the daily moving averages (50 and 100 periods).

In this configuration, a rebound is anticipated on the GBp 2198 area. Investors could take a buy order on this level and get a good entry point with a stop below the medium term support. Two targets are defined : GBp 2340 and then GBp 2450.
