With reference to the above, we wish to inform you as under:

1. Pursuant to the Notification dated February 16,2015 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, Companies (Indian

   Accounting Standards) Rules,2015 (Ind-AS-2015), is applicable to our Company from the Financial Year 2017-18.

   As you are aware, SEBI has vide its circular No. CIR/ CFD/ FAC/62 / 2016 dated July 05,2016, extended the timeline for submitting the Financial Results for the Quarter Ending June 30, 2017 to the Stock Exchanges under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, by one month i.e. on or before September 14,2017, for the Companies for which the Ind-AS-2015 is applicable from the Financial year 2017-18. In terms of the aforesaid SEBI's circular, we wish to inform you that we will submit the Unaudited Financial Results of our Company for the first Quarter Ended June 30,2017 on or before September 14,2017.

2. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, we will submit Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first three Quarters of the Financial Year 2017-18 and the audited Consolidated Financial Results for the Year Ending March 31,2018.
