Tianjin Binhai TEDA Logistics (Group) Corporation Limited announced that the profit of the Group for the year ending December 31, 2012 is expected to experience a noticeable decline as compared to the corresponding period in 2011. The decline in the Group's profit was primarily attributable to: (i) the dramatic decrease in its automobile logistics business since the third quarter of 2012 as affected by the tense relationship between China and Japan, resulting in significant decline in this business segment for the year ending December 31, 2012 as compared to the corresponding period in 2011; (ii) the decrease in its procurement logistics business due to the slowdown in the growth of the domestic economy, leading to a decline in its materials procurement logistics business for the year ended December 31, 2012 as compared to the corresponding period in 2011.
