Tianjin Binhai Teda Logistics (Group) Corporation Limited is an investment holding company principally engaged in the provision of integrated logistics services. Logistics and Supply Chain Services for Finished Automobiles and Components segment is engaged in the provision of logistics and supply chain management services, including planning, storage and transportation management for finished automobiles and components. Materials Procurement and Related Logistics Services segment is engaged in the sales of raw materials to trading companies, as well as the provision of transportation management, storage, warehouse supervising and management, among others. The Company also provides supply chain and logistics services for electronic components through its joint ventures. The Company mainly operates businesses in China.
