Rokus van Iperen appointed as member of the Supervisory
Board
At Wednesday 14 December 2011, the Extraordinary General
Meeting of Shareholders of TKH Group NV approved the
appointment of mr Rokus van Iperen as member of the
Supervisory Board of TKH for a period up to the expiration
of the first General Meeting, which will be held four years
after the appointment.
Mr. Van Iperen (58 years) has the Dutch nationality and is
currently chairman of the Executive Board of Océ NV in
Venlo. In addition, Mr. Van Iperen is chairman of the
Supervisory Board of the Technical University Eindhoven,
chairman of the Supervisory Board of the University
Hospital Maastricht and member of the Board of Directors of
RTI International Metals, Inc. te Pittsburgh.
