Sumitomo Realty & Development Co. Ltd. (TSE:8830) agreed to acquire 1700-19 and 1700-20, Kamihirama, Nakahara-ku from Tokyo Kikai Seisakusho Ltd. (TSE:6335) for ¥1.3 billion on October 31, 2011. Sumitomo Realty & Development Co. will sign a contract to acquire company house and parking located at 1700-19 and 1700-20, Kamihirama on November 1, 2011. In related transactions, Tokyo Kikai Seisakusho will also sell dormitory for singles and parking lots to other investors. The book value of 1700-19 and 1700-20, Kamihirama, Nakahara-ku is ¥231 million. The Board of Directors of Tokyo Kikai Seisakusho resolved the transaction on October 31, 2011. The transaction is expected to close on March 31, 2012. Tokyo Kikai Seisakusho will book profit of ¥1.07 billion from the transaction.
