In line with the Post-listing requirements of Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), Notice is hereby given that there will be a closed period from January 1, 2024, till twenty-four (24) hours after the filing of the 4th Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements (Q4 UFS) for the period ending December 31, 2023 and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ending December 31, 2023.
Consequently, all Insiders and related persons are duly informed and prohibited from trading in the Company's shares, during this period.
